The Anais Nin cocktail is a simple drink built with banana liqueur, sambuca, cream, and coffee!
Anais Nin Cocktail Info
Cory Elmi is the general manager of MilkBoy in Philadelphia. Cory says "Sambuca shows a natural affinity for dairy." For a rich and complex caffeinated treat, try it on coffee. It also works great with ice cream and you can make delicious ice cream with it!
Elmi believes that the most common misconception about sambuca's sweetness and power is that it can be cloyingly sweet. However, if the right amount is used it is a great liqueur. He says that Sambuca is a wonderful addition to any liquor shelf.
