Blåbärsputte | Moranisse Shot

Jump to Recipe

The Blåbärsputte or Moranisse shot is a shot built with Licor 43, heavy cream, and blueberry soup!

Blåbärsputte Shot Info

A shot with many names, but of course... the saying "dear children have many names." holds true here! Serve it with cold or hot blueberry soup - depending on the mood and season. If you serve it hot, it will be a good variant of a Hot Shot.

The cream is important in this shot. You can serve it without whipping it, and if you serve it whipped! Make sure you do not whip the cream too hard. It must be somewhat "liquid".
