It all starts with the milk; make sure you use high-quality fattier milk. The second key is to use loads of ice! The drink needs to be ice cold.
In my opinion, star anise makes a Blanco 43 even better. It adds just a subtle hint of licorice, so if you enjoy licorice, you should try adding a few stars of star anise before shaking this cocktail cold.
Bonus tip: make sure you do not shake this drink too hard.
