The Chengdu Schnaza is a tasty and fruity drink with a slight sting from ginger. The drink comes from the Surfers restaurant, and this is their original recipe.

  • 40 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 30 ml Mango Juice
  • 20 ml Egg White
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 8 Mint Leaves


  • Add gin, ginger, and mint into a shaker.
  • Crush the mint and ginger lightly.
  • Add the other ingredients.
  • Dry shake 15 sec then ice shake 15 sec.
  • Double strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with mint.
  • Serve!
