Chi Chi Cocktail Info
The Chi Chi is a Pina Colada without rum. It consists of vodka, pineapple juice, and cream coconut. This makes it a sweet and tropical drink.
Donn Beach the grandfather of Tiki, is credited with creating this drink. It was initially called the Macadamia Nut Chi Chi and required macadamia nuts liqueur to be added. However, that ingredient was lost along the line, probably because it isn't easy to find these days. Even without the fourth ingredient, this drink is still delightful. Despite being a simple recipe, it packs a massive blast of tropical flavor. If you can find a bottle of macadamia liqueur, I recommend adding a few drops. You'll be amazed at how the flavor enhances the drink.
You can put everything in a blender with some ice to create a slushy cocktail.

- 30 ml Cream Of Coconut
- 120 ml Pineapple Juice
- Add the ingredients to your cocktail shaker.
- Add ice!
- Shake the drink cold.
- Strain into an ice-filled rock's glass and garnish with pineapple.
