Potentially even a combination! This particular version of the classic recipe is made by Michael Nemcik and is enhanced with mezcal and grenadine.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Mezcal
  • 25 ml Lime Juice
  • 30 ml Grenadine
  • 250 ml Ginger Beer

Instructions

  • Add ice to your highball glass.
  • Add the mezcal, lime juice, and grenadine.
  • Top it off with a ginger beer!
  • Stir.
  • Serve!
