The watermelon is not just only for the added flavor and sweetness, but also for additional dilution which is needed in this drink. Without the extra water, it would become too strong, and too spicy!

- 45 ml Dark Rum
- 15 ml Orange Liqueur
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Sugar Syrup
- Watermelon
- Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Add a couple bigger chunks of watermelon to you shaker.
- Muddle the watermelon.
- Pour in the other ingredients and a tiny dash of cayenne pepper.
- Add ice and shake cold.
- Strain into a small ice-filled wine glass.
- Serve!
