Marcovaldo Dionysos invented this fantastic summer drink! It gained popularity at Absinthe in San Francisco. Dionysos took inspiration from one of his Favorite Cocktails in Jacques Straub's 1914 "Drinks" book.

Ingredients
- 25 ml Ginger Syrup
- 10 Mint Leaves
- 60 ml Gin (London Dry)
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 150 ml Ginger Ale
Instructions
- Add the ginger syrup and the mint leaves to a highball glass and lightly muddle it lightly.
- Add ice.
- Add the other ingredients.
- Serve!
