  • 40 ml Light Rum
  • 30 ml Lime Juice
  • 30 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 40 ml Champagne
  • 8 Mint Leaves


  • Add lime juice and sugar syrup into a highball glass.
  • Add the mint.
  • Crush the mint so the flavor gets out. Crush lightly! Otherwise, the cocktail becomes bitter.
  • Fill the glass with ice, then add rum.
  • Mix it.
  • Add champagne and garnish with a lime slice and mint.
  • Serve.
